| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自膨式携带放射性粒子带膜食管支架治疗晚期食管癌及其并发症的价值。方法:40例食管癌患者分2组,20例放置了自膨式携带放射性粒子带膜食管支架(A组),20例放置了传统自膨式带膜食管支架(B组),全部操作在电子胃镜监视下进行,支架置入前后行食管造影,对2组置入后情况进行观察比较。结果:A组支架置入后体质恢复、术后3个月再狭窄率和术后生存时间均明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:自膨式携带放射性粒子带膜食管支架治疗晚期食管癌及其并发症疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of the covered self-expanding stent with radioactivity particles in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and related complications. Methods:Forty patients with esophageal cancer were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups,and the patients underwent the covered self-expanding stent with radioactivity particles in group A and the covered self-expanding stent without radioactivity particles in group B under electronic gastroscopy. Results:The stents were placed successfully in all patients. The recovery of physical condition,the survival time,and the recurrence of stenosis in group A were significantly better than those in group B after the operation (all P < 0.05). Conclusion:The covered self-expanding stent with radioactivity particles is safe and effective in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer and related complications. |
