| Abstract: | To investigate the factors related to job satisfaction of new nurses, questionnaire was designed to make a survey of job satisfaction. The survey was carried out by 91 new nurses who had worked for less than. three year in the hospitals, including two 3--A hospitals and two 2--A hospitals in Hefei city, Anhui province. The status of job satisfaction of new nurses was analyzed by comparison and suggestions were given through the analysis of related factors to increase the job satisfaction of new nurses |
