摘    要:为了适应医学教育全球化的趋势,使我国医学院校培养的学生能够达到GMER(globalm in im al essential requ irem ent)的要求,对我校2003级(88期)五年制本科医学生进行了生物化学的基于问题的学习(prob lem-based learn ing,PBL)教学尝试。从几个方面分析了PBL的教学效果,包括考试成绩和学习能力(自主学习、提出问题、查阅文献、资料管理、解决问题、语言表达等方面),为探索适合于我国医学院校的新型PBL教学模式提供了参考。

Abstract:We applied the problem-based learning(PBL) approach to our biochemistry course in undergraduate students in order to prepare medical students in China to meet the basic requirements of GMER(global minimal essential requirement) and to train them to become qualified professionals in modern medicine and biology.At the end of the semester,we evaluated PBL teaching approach,including the analysis of examination results and student behavior(self-study motivation as well as their capabilities in problem identification,literature search,document organization,problem solving,and oral presentation).This PBL teaching practice provides useful information about teaching and training qualified medical students in current Chinese education system.
