亚硒酸钠对实验性矽肺作用的病理研究

摘    要:目的研究亚硒酸钠对实验性矽肺的作用,探讨矽肺的发病机制及寻找防治矽肺较理想的药物。方法观察亚硒酸钠对各组大鼠实验性矽肺治疗后的病理形态改变。结果亚硒酸钠组的脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量明显低于石英组,喂养一个月的亚硒酸钠治疗组的体重增加(70±14)g明显高于矽肺组(59±10)g,肺重(2.3±0.4)g明显低于矽肺组(3.6±1.1)g,矽结节数量(66.67±3.44)个明显少于矽肺组(84.17±7.99)个,矽结节纤维化程度(1.33±0.52)明显轻于矽肺组(2.17±0.41);同样处理两个月的亚硒酸钠治疗组的体重增加(64±17)g明显高于矽肺组(28±18)g,肺重(2.5±0.6)g明显低于矽肺组(5.2±1.3)g,矽结节数量(73.20±2.39)个明显少于矽肺组(121.00±2.65)个,矽结节纤维化程度(1.60±0.55)明显轻于矽肺组(3.20±0.45)。结论亚硒酸钠能拮抗生物膜的脂质过氧化作用,能减轻矽肺病变,有望成为防治矽肺的理想药物。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of sodium selenite on experimental silicosis, discuss the formation mechanism of silicosis and search for a perfect drug to prevent and cure silicosis. Methods Studying on pathological change of experimental silicosis due to sodium selenite. Results LPO content of rat group with sodium selenite was significantly lower than that with quartz. After one month treatment, the body weight of rats treated with sodium selenite(70 +14) appeared to be significantly higher than those without treatment(59 + 10), whereas lung weight appeared to be significantly lower(2.3 + 0.4 vs 3.6 + 1.1), the number of silicotic nodule of rats also appeared to be significantly lower(66.67 +3.44 vs 84.17 + 7.99) and same tendency in term of grades of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of rats( 1.33 + 0.52 vs 2.17 + 0.41) . After two months treatment, the treated rats showed higher body weight(64 + 17 vs 28 + 18), lower lung weight(2.5 +0.6 vs 5.2+ 1.3) , lower number of silicotic nodule of rats (73.20 + 2.37 vs 121.00 + 2.65) and lower grades of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis of rats(l .60 + 0.55 vs 3.20 + 0.45) . Conclusion Sodium selenite might antagonize lipid per-oxidation response, reduce silicotic pathological changes, and hopefully serve as a kind of drug to prevent and treat silicosis.
