Visfatin与胰岛素抵抗及非酒精性脂肪肝

Visfatin是新发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,能够影响糖和脂肪代谢.研究发现,血浆visfatin水平降低在胰岛素抵抗的形成过程中起重要作用;胰岛素抵抗者会出现血浆visfatin水平显著升高.非洒精性脂肪肝的主要发病机制是胰岛素抵抗,另外在疾病的不同病理阶段,随着病情轻重的不同visfatin的表达不同.因此,visfatin可能与非酒精性脂肪肝的发病有关.

Relationship of visfatin, insulin resistance and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Visfatin is a newly identified adipocytokine. It can affect the metabolism of glucose and lipid. Studies show that the reduction of plasma visfatin plays an important role in the process of insulin resistance and plasma visfatin concentration is increased obviously in patients with insulin resistance. The main pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is insulin resistance. Otherwise in the different pathologic steps,the expression of visfatin is altered. So visfatin may be related to the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
