| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脂联素、瘦素与妊娠期糖尿病的关系.方法妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）患者与正常对照组各40例,采用体外放射免疫分析方法检测其血浆脂联素、瘦素、血糖及胰岛素水平,同时测身高、体重,计算体重指数（BMI）和胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）.结果经对数转化后的血浆脂联素、瘦素浓度在GDM组明显低于对照组,有显著性差异.结论瘦素与脂联素呈正相关,检测瘦素和APN预测GDM的进展和预后. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relation ship between adiponectin and leptin levels of patients and the gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods RIA was used to examine adiponeetin and leptin in 40 patients with each subjects. Meanwhile plasma levels of insulin, glucose, height, weigh, body mass index and HOMA - IR were measured and calculated. Results The lg of adiponectin and leptin in plasma from the gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than that in normal subjects. Conclusion Adiponectin and leptin will play an important role in monitoring the patients with GDM. |
