脂联素在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的表达

目的探讨脂联素与妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的关系，方法妊娠期糖尿病患者、2型糖尿病患者及正常对照组各40例，采用体外放射免疫分析方法检测其血浆脂联素、血糖及胰岛素水平，同时测身高、体重，计算体重指数（BMI）和胰岛素抵抗性（HOMA-IR）．结果血浆脂联素（APN）浓度在GDM组、T2DM组明显低于对照组，有显著性的差异，结论脂联素可用来筛查GIGT和GDM患者。

The Expression of Adiponectin in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the expression change of the serum adiponectin levels of patients with the gestational diabetes mellitus so as to examine whether there exerts a relationship between them and diabetes. Methods RIA was used to examine adiponectin in 40 patients for each group. Meanwhile plasma levels of insu-lin, glucose, height, weigh, body mass index and HOMA-IR were measured and calculated. Results The mean concentration of adiponectin in serum from the gestational diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetic patients were significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion Adiponectin will play an important role in moni-tor the patients of GIGT and GDM.
