同种异体肾移植并发症的处理经验

目的回顾总结肾移植并发症处理经验,提高临床肾移植效果。方法总结1991-07～2005-04600例肾脏移植各种并发症106例的处理经验。结果淋巴管囊肿、尿瘘、泌尿系梗阻、肺部感染、败血症、带状疱疹、肺结核、红细胞增多症、糖尿病、急性肾小管坏死和膀胱癌的发生率分别为0.7%、0.5%、0.5%、1.7%、0.2%、1.0%、1.2%、3.5%、2.2%、6.0%和0.3%,每种并发症的救治成功率分别为100%、100%、100%、100%、100%、100%、100%、90%、90%、92%和50%。结论肾移植有些并发症可以预防,有的不能预防,只要发生后及时诊断、及时处理,能有效增加肾移植成功率,增加人/肾长期存活。

The experiences on managing complications of homogenelty variant renal transplantations in 600 cases

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of managing complications associated with homogenelty variant renal transplantation by reviewing 600 cases.Methods 106 cases of anaesthesia for homogenelty variant renal transplantations from July,1991 to April, 2005 in the department of the author's were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidences of lymphatic cyst, urinary fistula, urologic obstruction, lung infection, septicemia, herpes zoster, pulmonary tuberculosis, polycythemia, diabetes mellitus, acute kidney tubular necrosis and bladder cancer were 0.7%,0.5%,0.5%,1.7%,0.2%,1.0%,1.2%,3.5%,2.2%,6.0% and 0.3%; and the cure rates were 100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,90%,90%,92% and 50% respectively.Conclusion Some kinds of the complications can be prevented while some others can not;the success rate of renal transplantation could be increased and the patient/renal alive time could be prolonged,so as the complications can be diagnosed and treated timely.
