| 摘 要： | 目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)基因在胃癌中的表达及在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测122例胃癌组织中Rb的表达情况并分析其在胃癌中的作用。结果 Rb在胃癌中低表达,Rb阴性时具有明显的远处转移倾向。结论 Rb与胃癌的发生、发展以及侵袭、转移有关,检测Rb的表达将对胃癌的早期诊断、预后判断有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the retinoblastoma expression in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohis- tochemistry（S-P method ）was used to detect the retinoblastoma expression in gastric carcinoma（n=122）. Results The retinoblastoma expression was lower in gastric carcinoma. The retinoblastoma expression was correlated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Conclusion Retinoblastoma may be related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. The detection of retinoblastoma expression is of some significance in the early diagnosis and assessment of its prognosis. |
