| 摘 要： | 目的:评价X线平片、CT对胸腺瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾分析23例经手术病理证实的胸腺瘤的临床、X线、CT表现,将结果与病理进行对照分析。结果:非侵袭性胸腺瘤X线平片诊断符合率为66.7%,CT诊断符合率为86.7%。侵袭性胸腺瘤X线诊断符合率为25%,CT诊断符合率为87.5%。CT敏感性和特异性较胸片为高,尤其判断胸腺瘤是否具有“侵袭性”方面CT明显优于X线平片。结论:X线平片是诊断胸腺瘤的基本方法,CT是诊断胸腺瘤最有效的方法,二者可以互相结合。病理最终可确定组织来源和性质,CT是病理判断胸腺瘤是否具有“侵袭性”的重要补充。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the X-ray and CT diagnostic value of Thymoma.Methods: Clinical and imaging material of 23 cases of thymoma confirmed by surgery and histopathology were reviewed.The result of clinical and imaging material were compared with histopathology.Results: The diagnosis coincidential rate in noninvasive thymoma was 66.7% on X-ray film,was 86.7% on CT.The diagnosis coincidential rate in invasive thymoma was 25% on X-ray film,was 87.7%on CT.The sensitivity and peculiarity of CT was superior to X-ray film especially,the aspect of which distinguished whether the Thymoma was invasive or not was superior to X-ray.Conclusion:CT was the most efficient method of diagnoing thymoma.Both of the methods could be joined in integrated |
