胃脂肪瘤的X线诊断(附7例报告)

目的 :提高对胃脂肪瘤的认识和诊断。方法 :回顾性分析 1981～ 1997年间 ,经本院胃肠道双重对比造影和胃镜检查 ,并经手术病理证实的胃脂肪瘤 7例。结果 :主要 X线表现如下 :1肿瘤的形态变化 (7例 ) ;2肿瘤密度减低或透亮 (7例 ) ;3肿瘤位移——胃脂肪瘤脱入十二指肠球 (1例 ) ;4肿瘤表面粘膜和邻近粘膜皱襞撑开征 (6例 ) ,牛眼征 (1例 ) ,邻近粘膜推移征 (3例 )和粘膜桥征 (2例 ) ;5肿瘤局部胃壁柔软 (7例 )。结论 :X线表现对胃脂肪瘤具有诊断价值

Radiologic Diagnosis of the Gastric Lipoma(A Report 7 Cases)

Objective:To increase the recognition and diagnostic experience of gastric lipoma.Methods:From 1981 to 1997,7 cases with gastric lipoma confimed by operation and/or pathologly were collected in our hospital and were studied retrospectively.Results:The main x-ray findings were as follows.(1)Change of tumorous shape was 7 cases;(2)Low or lucent density of tumors was 7 cases;(3)gastric lipoma prolapsing into duodenal bulb was 1 case;(4)The surface mucosal and nearby mucosal fold of the tumor showed pushing mucosa sign in 6 cases;bull eyes sign in 1 case;displacing mucosa sign in 3 cases and bridging fold sign in 2 cases;(5)Local gastric wall of tumor were soft in 7 cases.Conclusion:The x-ray findings are valuable for diagnosis of gastric lipoma.
