| 摘 要： | 目的探讨IDA-FLAG方案治疗复发难治性急性白血病的临床疗效。方法将本院2008年5月至2009年1月收治的40例复发难治性急性白血病患者随机分为观察组（20例）和对照组（20例）,对照组采用FLAG方案治疗,观察组采用IDA-FLAG方案治疗。比较分析两组的治疗情况。结果观察组缓解率为90%,对照组缓解率为60%,两组间比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率及半年内复发率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论IDA-FLAG方案治疗复发难治性急性白血病有较好的效果,且安全可靠,值得推广应用。
