功能性便秘患儿基础治疗疗效分析

目的：观察基础治疗在功能性便秘中的作用。方法：将47例功能性便秘患儿随机分为治疗组（n=24）和对照组（n=23）,在给予乳果糖糖浆治疗10d的基础上,治疗组加以基础治疗,包括合理饮食和足量饮水、排便习惯的训练、增加活动量以及心理治疗,对照组不做特殊处理。随访1个月,记录相关临床症状,根据Bleijenberg便秘评分标准对症状进行评分,并对积分进行比较,观察两组的疗效。结果：治疗组治疗后便秘临床评分积分为（8.25±2.23）分,明显低于治疗前便秘临床评分积分（12.50±1.69）分和对照组治疗后（11.78±1.44）分。结论：在药物治疗引导规律排便的基础上加以基础治疗则安全有效,且疗效持久,可以从根本上治疗功能性便秘。

Effect analysis of basic therapy in functional constipation children

Objective：To explore the clinic effects of basic therapy in functional constipation.Methods：47 cases of functional constipation children were randomly divided into treatment group（n=24） and control group（n=23）.All of them were given Lactulose Oral Solution in first 10 days.And the treatment group was given basic therapy at the same time.Counted scores and compared them base on symptoms and Bleijenberg＇s standard 1 month later.Results：The scores of the treatment group after therapy were lower than those of before and control group after therapy as well.Conclusion：This method that medication guide defecating on the basis of basic therapy is safe,effective and persistent,and could radically cure functional constipation.
