补肾化痰药对烟熏大鼠慢支模型血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液中CGRP和ET-1的影响

目的：探讨烟熏致大鼠慢性支气管炎模型血浆及支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中内皮素（ET－1）和降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）的含量变化及补肾化痰中药对其的影响。方法：雄性Wistar大鼠60只，随机分为正常对照组，慢支模型组，补肾化痰大，小剂量组和气管炎咳嗽痰喘丸组等5绢，采用香烟烟雾吸入法建立慢支动物模型，测定各组大鼠血浆和BALF中ET－1和CGRP的含量，结果：慢支模型组大鼠气管和肺组织呈 性支气管炎的病理改变，血浆和BALF中ET－1和CGRP均显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．01或P＜0．001），经用补肾化痰中药治疗后，血浆和BALF中ET－1和CGRP明显下降，与慢支模型组比较差异有显著性（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），结论：补肾化痰中药能显著降低慢性支气管炎模型大鼠血浆和BALF中ET－1和CGRP水平。

Effect of Nourishing-kidney-and-dissolving-phlegm Drug on CGRP and ET-1 in Blood Plasma and BALF of Smoking-fumigating Chronic Bronchitis Rat Model

Objective: To study the content change of ET-1 and CGRP in smoke-fumigating rat chronic bronchitis model's blood and plasma and BALF.Method: Sixty male Wistar rats were divided into five groups at random, which consist of blank control group, chronic bronchitis model group, high dose group , low dose group and group. Chronic bronchitis model was induced with refined smoking-fumigating method, and then blood plasma and content of ET-1 and CGRP of BALF were tested in these five groups.Result: In the model group, the rats' trachea and lung tissue indicated pathologic change of chronic bronchitis, with the content of ET-1 and CGRP in blood plasma and BALF considerably higher than that of the blank control group ( P <0 01 or P <0 001). After treating with nourishing-kidney-and-dissolving-phlegm drug, the content of ET-1 and CGRP dropped obviously, compared with the model group ( P <0.05 or P <0 01).Result: Nourishing-kidney-and-dissolving-phlegm Chinese medicine can decrease considerably the content of ET-1 and CGRP of blood plasma and BALF of chronic bronchitis rat model.
