上海市浦东新区东五镇社区护士健康商数调查与分析

目的调查浦东新区东五镇社区护士的健康商数状况。方法对浦东新区东五镇的123名社区护士使用健康商数问卷进行调查。结果社区护士健康商数总均分为(6.70±1.36)分。其中生活方式得分为(7.14±1.38)分,生活技能得分为(6.82±1.47)分,自我保健得分为(6.73±1.03)分,健康知识得分为(6.50±1.41)分,精神状态得分为(6.31±1.34)分。不同年龄社区护士的自我保健、健康知识、生活方式、精神状态、生活技能和总分比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.01或P0.05);不同职称社区护士的自我保健、健康知识、生活技能和总分比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论提高健康商数有助于社区护士关注自身健康,作为社区护理管理者要积极营造良好条件。

The health quotient of community nurses in five towns located in Pudong new area in Shanghai

Objective To investigate health quotient status of community nurses in five towns located in east Pudong new area in Shanghai. Method To- tally, 123 community nurses in five towns located in east Pudong new area were investigated using Health Quotient Scale. Result The total score of community nurses＇health quotient was （6.70 ± 1.36 ）. The score of life style, living skill self - heahhcare health knowledge, and mental state were （7.14 ± 1.38 ）, （6.82±1.47 ） , （ 6.73 ±1.03 ） , （ 6.50 ± 1.41 ） and （6.31 ± 1.34）. The self - healthcare, health knowledge, life style, mental state, living skill and total score in community nurses of different ages were significantly different （ P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, While the self - healthcare, health knowledge,life style and total score in community nurses of different titles were not significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The improvement of health quotient is beneficial for community nurses to pay more attention on self health. Community nurse managers should construct good condition positively.
