摘    要:目的探讨PDCA循环管理与精细管理相结合对青光眼患者生存质量及遵医行为的影响。方法将206例青光眼患者分为对照组104例和实验组102例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上接受PDCA管理与精细管理相结合的护理干预。结果实验组出院前1 d和出院1个月的遵医行为优于对照组(P0.01);出院1个月实验组患者生存质量评分高于对照组(P0.01)。结论 PDCA循环管理与精细管理相结合能提高青光眼患者的遵医行为和生存质量,建议临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of PDCA cycle combined with precision management on the quality of life and treatment compliance of glaucoma patients. Methods Totally,206 patients were divided into the experimental group ( 102 cases) and the control group ( 104 cases). Patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention,while patients in the experimental group received combined management of PDCA cycle and precision management besides conventional nursing intervention. Results After the nursing intervention, treatment compliance in the experimental group at discharge and one month after discharge was both better than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Besides, the quality of life in the experimental group at one month after discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Application of PDCA cycle combined with precision management can improve treatment compliance and quality of life of glaucoma patients.
