云南省不明原因猝死与蘑菇中毒时空分布比较

摘    要:目的从时空分布角度对云南省不明原因猝死及蘑菇中毒进行比较。方法收集2005年夏季云南省不明原因猝死及蘑菇中毒发病资料,采用Kulldorff时空聚集分析比较二者在时间、空间、时空分布上的异同。结果不明原因猝死与蘑菇中毒均具有时间、空间聚集性,但特点不同。不明原因猝死聚集于西北部,以7月1日至8月24日高发,而蘑菇中毒在南部出现聚集区,6月4日至6月24日东南部高发,6月18日至7月22日西南部高发。结论从时空分布角度不支持不明原因猝死为蘑菇中毒所致。

Abstract:Objective To compare spacetime distributional patterns of sudden death and mushroom poisoning in Yunnan.(Methods Morbidity) and mortality data on the two diseases in Yunnan during summer 2005 were collected.Kulldorff's scan statistic was adapted to test whether these two diseases had same distribution pattern on space and time. Results There was a concentrative occurrence for both diseases in space-time distribution.High morbidity was identified in north-west region for sudden death from July 1~(st) to August 24~(th),and in south-east region from June 4~(th) to June 24~(th),and in south-west region from June 18~(th) to July 22~(nd) for mushroom poisoning. Conclusion In light of space-time distribution,the sudden death couldn't be explained by the hypothesis of mushroom poisoning.
