天津市妇科疾病普查情况分析

目的:了解天津市妇科疾病患病情况。方法:对2009年10月～2010年9月天津市648 900例30～65岁妇女的免费妇科疾病普查结果进行统计,分析妇科疾病的年龄和区域分布状况。结果:检出妇科疾病343 424例,检出宫颈癌98例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)97例,乳腺癌68例,卵巢癌13例,子宫内膜癌5例,宫颈癌和乳腺癌的检出率分别为16.1/10万和10.6/10万。宫颈癌高发年龄为40～54岁,地区分布以新区宫颈癌检出率最高。乳腺癌的检出率随年龄增长逐渐增加(P<0.05),地区分布以市内六区检出率最高。结论:天津市妇女宫颈癌高发年龄为40～54岁,乳腺癌的检出率随年龄逐渐增加。疾病普查的同时健康教育也不容忽视。

Analysis on general investigation of gynecological diseases in Tianjin

Objective:To understand the prevalence of gynecological diseases in Tianjin.Methods:The results of general investigation of gynecological diseases among 648 900 women aged 30～65 years old were analyzed statistically in Tianjin,then the age distribution and regional distribution of gynecological diseases were analyzed.Results:343 424 women were found with gynecological diseases,98 women were found with cervical cancer,97 women were found with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),68 women were found with breast cancer,13 women were found with ovarian cancer,5 women were found with endometrial cancer,the detection rates of cervical cancer and breast cancer were 16.1 per ten thousand and 10.6 per ten thousand,respectively.The peak onset age of cervical cancer was 40～54 years,the detection rate of cervical cancer in new district was the highest.The detection rate of breast cancer increased gradually with age(P<0.05),the detection rate of breast cancer in six districts in Tianjin city was the highest.Conclusion:The peak onset age of cervical cancer is 40～54 years in Tianjin,the detection rate of breast cancer increases gradually with age;health education can not be ignored at the same time of general investigation of gynecological diseases.
