3849例学龄前儿童眼屈光度筛查的结果分析

目的:了解儿童弱视发生情况及相关因素。方法:2010年1月～12月期间对鹤壁市所有幼儿园(包含幼托所)在园的3 849例学龄前儿童进行屈光度筛查,分析屈光不正儿童在各年龄组的构成比及弱视眼在不同屈光不正组的构成比。结果:远视眼者占2.5%,近视者占1.4%;左眼远视者占2.0%,近视者占1.1%;双眼远视者占1.5%,近视者占0.8%。356例屈光不正儿童中被确诊为弱视者96例(132眼),占2.5%。屈光不正儿童在各年龄组的构成比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。弱视眼在不同屈光不正组的构成比差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.21,P=0.003 1)。结论:随着年龄的增长,远视儿童所占比例呈现下降趋势,弱视在较小儿童中所占比例更高,临床筛查弱视更应重视较小年龄组儿童。

Analysis on the screening results of eye diopter of 3 849 preschool children
