| 摘 要： | 100例口腔粘膜溃疡患者用硷性成纤维细胞生长因子(BFGF)涂擦,5天内愈合率为84%,对照组用养阴生肌散撒布溃疡面100例,5天愈合率为27%,两组对比P<0.001,表明BFGF有促溃疡面加速愈合,缩短疗程之功效。

| Abstract: | One hundred patients with mouth ulcer received BFGF to swab the local lesion area, 84% of them healed up in five days. While in control group, the cure rate of 100 cases applied Yang Xue Sheng Ji San is 27%, (P<0.001). The result indicates that BFGF is a effective drug to accelerate the healing of the ulcer and shorten the duration of treatment. |
