| 摘 要： | 人工肾机是血透中心的一个重要组成部分，它的正常运行关系到病人的安全高效治疗。结合本院的实际情况和日常工作经验，本文论述了如何对人工肾机机房的基建设计、机器的购置引进、对使用者的管理、临床工程师血透中心的作用以及信息管理等各个环节进行综合管理的探讨和方法。

Base on our experiences, this paper introduces how to design a dialysis center, how to purchase dialyzers, and how to bring the clinical engineers into full play. And the paper discusses the management of a dialysis center, the information management. |
