| 摘 要： | 目的 研究心绞痛患者食道调搏前前后的心功能改善。方法 应用M型和二维超声心动图观察了 2 0例正常人 ,15例心绞痛患者的食道调搏前后的心功能改变。结果 正常人调搏后DE斜率 ,EF稍增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ESV缩小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;EF斜率呈稍增加但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。心绞痛患者调搏后DE斜率 ,EF斜率 ,EF降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,EPSS ,ESV稍增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 食道调搏负荷试验能使心绞痛患者心功能降低 ,而对正常人心功能则无影响。因此可用于评价静息时心功能正常的冠心病患者的心功能

| Abstract: | Objective To study the left ventricular function of angian pecton's patients at rest and affer transesophageal atrial pacting.Methods Observe 15 angina pectoris and 20 normal persons.left ventricular with M-mode echocardiography and two-dimension echocardiography.Results D-E solpe of anterior mitral Valve increased (P<0.05) end systolic volume decreased (P<0.05) and ejection fraction slightly increased (P>0.05) after pacing in normal persons.On the contrary,D-E slope and ejection fraction deoeased (P<0.05),and E-point septal seperation and end systolic volume increased (P<0.05) after pacing in patients.Conclusions Transesophageal atrial pacing stross ehoardiography can accurately evaluate left ventricular function for patients with coronary artery disease. |
