心理素质训练对军队聘用护士心理健康特征的影响

目的 ]探讨心理素质训练对军队聘用护士心理健康特征的影响。 方法 ]采用症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )和简易应对方式问卷 (SCSQ)对参加军政素质训练的 13 8名军队聘用护士进行心理测试 ,并进行心理素质训练前后比较。 结果 ]心理素质训练后SCL -90各因子分显著低于训练前 ,应对方式因子中解决问题和求助因子分显著高于训练前。结论 ]对军队聘用护士进行心理素质训练能显著提高军队聘用护士的心理健康水平 ,改善应对方式 ,有利于军队聘用护士积极适应军队医院工作环境 ,确保军队医院各项任务的良好完成。

Influence of psychological diathesis training on mental health feature of nurses employed by military

Objective:to probe into the influence of psychological diathesis training on mental health feature of nurses employed by military. Method: a total of 138 nurses employed by military had psychological test by filling out SCL-90 and simple coping style questionnaires (SCSQ), and were compared before and after psychological diathesis training. Result: the score of all the indexes in SCL-90 for military hired nurses were obviously lower after psychological diathesis training than that before.Among coping mode factors, the score of tackling with problems and asking for help were higher remarkably than that before training. Conclusion: it showed that to carry out psychological diathesis training in military employed nurses could promote their mental health and improve their coping style.It was helpful for them to adapt to new work environment of military hospital, so as to finish various task in military hospital well.
