| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组建肿瘤患者联谊会对肿瘤患者实施健康教育的作用。方法筹办组建肿瘤病康复联谊会;定期开展医学讲座、咨询和心理辅导,家庭探访,寄发随访信件,分发健康手册,联欢活动等;对40例参加联谊会的患者进行自身对照问卷调查分析;对调查内容数据进行统计学分析。结果患者参加肿瘤联谊会前后,对自身肿瘤疾病相关知识掌握情况及遵医行为和随访依从性差别有统计学意义。结论建立肿瘤患者联谊会能有效实施健康教育和提高随访率,从而提高肿瘤患者生活质量和生存率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of club health education on the tumor patients. Methods Using the club health education for tumor patients, and then interviewed the health education effects of 40 tumor patients before and after the nursing intervention by self designed questionnaires, analyzed the datum from the interview. Results After the club health education, all the indexes which can indicated the effects of health education were significant better than those of before the club health education. Conclusions The club health education can effective improve the quality of life of tumor patients'. |
