三花痔疮膏防治混合痔术后肿痛临床研究

目的观察三花痔疮膏治疗混合痔术后肿痛的临床疗效。方法将110位混合痔（外剥内扎）术后的患者随机分为两组，治疗组55例予以三花痔疮膏局部换药治疗，对照组55例予太宁乳膏局部换药治疗。对两组治疗前后肛缘水肿、疼痛进行评分，最后进行统计比较。结果治疗组与对照组愈显效率比较差异有统计学意义；两组治疗后第3日总积分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），第5、7、10日后治疗组积分明显减少，两组差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论三花痔疮膏治疗混合痔术后水肿、疼痛有明显临床疗效，可在临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Sanhuazhichuang Ointment on Postoperative Anal Edema and Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoid

Objective： To observe therapeutic effect of Sanhuazhichuang Ointment in the treatment of postoperative anal edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： 110 postoperative patients of mixed hemorrhoid who had undergone the surgical procedure of milligan-morgan were randomized into two groups. Patients in the treatment group were received local dressing change with Sanhuazhichuang Ointment,while patients in the control group were used the titanoreine cream. These scores were recorded of two groups for anal edema and pain before and after treatment. Results： The significant efficiency of treatment group and control group were 94.5% and 69.1%,the differences of total curative effect between the two groups had statistical significance. The scores of two groups at 3rd day had no statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. The scores of the treatment group were obviously reduced at 5th,7th,10th day,and the differences had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Sanhuazhichuang Ointment has obvious effect in the treatment of postoperative anal edema and pain of mixed hemorrhoid. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
