肺炎支原体肺炎患儿血清心肌酶谱检测的临床意义

目的探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）患儿心肌酶活性的变化及其临床意义。方法以80例非肺炎患儿作为对照。对86例MPP患儿及52例细菌性肺炎患儿进行血清心肌酶谱检测，并在入院2周后对MPP忠儿组进行复查。结果MPP患儿组及细菌性肺炎患儿组心肌酶活性均明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），且MPP患儿组心肌酶水平高于细菌性肺炎患儿（P〈0.05）。入院治疗一周后MPP患儿心肌酶活性异常率降低。结论部分MPP患儿存在心肌损害。心肌酶可作为诊断依据和观察病情的有效指标。

Clinical Significance of Serum Myocardial Enzymes Assays in Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective To explore the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in the children with myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumoma （MPP） and alas its clinical significance. Methods Serum myocardial enzymes in 86 eases with MPP and 52 cases with bacterial pneumonia were examlned,and 80 eases with non- pneumoma were in eontrol.Tha serum myocardial enzymes of MPP were examined again at the time of 1 week after admission. Results The levels of serum myocardial enzymes in the MPP group and bacterial pneumonia group were signifieandy higher than that in the eontrul group（P 〈 0.01） .And the level of serum myoeardial enzymes in the MPP group was higher than that in the bacterial pneumonia group（P〈 0.05）. The abnormal rate of serum myocardial enzymes was significantly reduced after treatment I week in the MPP group. Conclusion There is different degree of myocardial injury in children with MPP, myocardial enzyme eould be used as a valuable indicator for diagnosis and observing tendency.
