| 摘 要： | 目的:了解原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者的应对方式、社会支持水平,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法:采用问卷调查的方式对92名原发性肝癌患者照顾者应对方式及社会支持水平。结果:原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者应对方式的面对总分显著低于常模(P<0.01),而回避总分以及屈服总分显著高于常模(P<0.05,P<0.01);客观支持与支持利用度评分显著低于常模(P<0.05);社会支持中的客观支持与回避呈正相关(P<0.05),除客观支持外,社会支持总分及其各项与面对呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:原发性肝癌患者主要照顾者有应对不良的问题,护理人员应该适时引导患者采取有利于健康的应对方式。
