联合检测LDL和hs—CRP在ACS临床应用

目的探讨联合检测血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和超敏c反应蛋白在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）诊断中的价值。方法测定85例ACS患者和85例健康对照组者血清LDL—C以及hs—CRP浓度，计算联合LDL—C以及hs—CRP诊断ACS的效能。结果健康对照组与ACS组闻血清LDL—C以及hs—CRP浓度有统计学差异。LDL—C与hs—CRP联合诊断ACS的灵敏度和特异度分别为81．1％％和72．2％，阳性预测值PPV和阴性预测值NPV分别为61．0％％和89．0％。结论鞋合瓷测血清LDL—C与hs—CRP可帮助早期诊断ACS。

The value of Combined detection of serum LDL-C and hs-CRP in the diagnosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective To detect the value of combined detection of serum LDL- C and hs- CRP in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods Serum LDL- C and hs - CRP of 85 ACS patients and 85 healthy controls were detected. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value（PPV） and negative predictivc value（NPV） were calculated. Results There were statistical differences between ACS group and healthy controls（P 〈 0.001 ） of both LDL - C and hs - CRP levels. The sensitivity and specificity were 95% and 46% respectively. The PPV and NPV were 65.4% and 91% respectively. Conclusion Combined detection of serum LDL- C and hs - CRP proved to be helpful in the early diagnosis of ACS.
