| 摘 要： | 目的了解分析本院非结核分枝杆菌耐药情况，对2006—2010年非结核分枝杆茼耐药情况进行评价。方法采用绝对浓度法对10种抗结核药物利福平（RFP）、异烟肼（INH）、乙胺丁醇（EMB）、链霉素（SM）、力克肺疾（PNA）、阿米卡星（AMK）、左氧氟沙星（LOFL）、卷曲霉素（CPM）、环丙沙星（CIP）和对氨基水扬酸（PAS）进行药敏试验。结果2925例标本中鉴定出儿2例（3．82％）非典型结核分枝杆菌，总耐药率为100％。结论本院的非结核分支杆菌耐药情况应该引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze non- hospital drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the 2006 - 2010 non - tuberculous myeobacterial drug resistance assessed. Methods Absolute concentration method for 10 kinds of anti - TB drugs rifampicin （ RFP）, isoniazid （INH）, ethambutol （EMB）, streptomycin （SM）, Lectra lung disease （PNA）, A Mika Star （AMK）, levofloxacin （LOFL）, eapreomycin （CPM）, ciprofloxacin （CIP） and the amino - salicylic acid （PAS） for susceptibility testing. Results 2935 cases of specimens identified 112 cases （3.82%） atypical Mycobaeterium tuberculosis, the total resistance was 100%. Conclusion non - hospital drug resistance of Myeobac- terium tuberculosis should pay close attention. |
