56例颅内动脉瘤全脑血管造影研究分析

目的：总结56例颅内动脉瘤全脑血管造影的临床应用价值。方法：颅内动脉瘤患者56例，全部行全脑血管造影检查。结果：发现动脉瘤58例，直径2mm-40mm，囊性55个，梭形3个；36例蛛网膜下腔出血患者发现动脉瘤38个，其中囊性37个，梭形1个；5例前交通动脉动脉瘤引起失明或偏盲；6例后交通动脉动脉瘤引起复视，眼睑下垂。结论：全脑血管造影是诊断颅内动脉瘤的金标准，临床症状与动脉瘤的部位，大小及是否破裂出血有密切关系。

The Analysis of the Whole Cerebral Angiography for 56 Patients with Intracranial Aneurysms

Objective:To summarize the whole cerebral angiography for fifty-six patients with intracranial aneurysms.Methods:Fifty-six patients with intracranial aneurysms were carried out whole cerebral angiography.Results:Fifty-eight aneurysms were found with diameter range from 2mm to 40mm and among them 55 aneurysms were cyst-like and 3 were shuttle-like. There were 38 aneurysms in 36 patients with subarachoid hemorrhage. 5 anterior communicating arterial aneurysms were associated with blindness or hemianopsia and 6 posterior communicating arterial aneurysms were associated with diplopia or unilateral ophthalnoplegia.Conclusions:The whole cerebral angiography is the golden standard for diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm and the clinical symptoms result from the intracranial aneurysm are related with location,size and whether or not rupture of aneurysms.
