| 摘 要： | 目的探讨螺旋CT在急性肠梗阻病因诊断中的应用价值。方法对60例经手术证实的急性肠梗阻病例的CT表现与手术结果进行对比分析。结果60例急性肠梗阻的病因中：肠粘连19例，肠肿瘤20例，疝6例，肠扭转7例，肠套叠3例，炎症4例．结石1例。螺旋CT对肠梗阻病因诊断符合率95％（57／60）。结论螺旋CT在评价急性肠梗阻病因方面有较高的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of helical CT for diagnosing the etiology of acute intestinal obstruction. Methods CT findings of 60 cases of acute intestinal obstruction were analyed and correlated with the surgical results. Results In 60 cases of acute intesti- nal obstruction, the etiopathology was： adhesion （19cases）, neoplasm （20 cases）, hernia （6 cases）, intestine torsion （7 cases）, intussusception （3 cases）, inflammation （4 cases）, and intestine stone （1 case）. The accuracy rate of helical CT for acute intestinal obstruction was 95% （57/60）. Conclusion Helical CT is valuable in detectiing the etiology of acute intestinal obstruction. |
