| 摘 要： | 目的:观察沙丁胺醇溶液(万托林)氧气雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:62例中、重度毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组32例,对照组30例。对照组采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上加用沙丁胺醇溶液(万托林)氧气雾化吸入。结果:两组患儿咳嗽、喘憋或呼吸困难,哮鸣音、湿啰音消失时间及心功能不全的发生率比较均有显著差异（P<0.01)。结论:沙丁胺醇辅佐治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ventolin solution for patients with bronchiolitis. Methods: 62 children with moderate or severe bronchiolitis were randomly divided into treatment group of 32 cases and control group of other 30 cases. The control group was treated with synthetic therapy, and the treatment group was treated on the basic treatment with oxygen nebulization of Ventolin. Results: Significant differences of duration of cough, dysponea, rhonchi, moistrale and the incidence of cardiac dysfunction were observed between two groups (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Oxygen nebulization of Votolin solution has remarkable effect in treatment of the patients with bronchiolitis. |
