长程视频脑电图下难治性癫痫患者围手术期护理体会

目的：探索长程视频脑电图监测下难治性癫痫患者围手术期护理措施。方法：对35例难治性癫痫患者进行长程视频脑电图监测,同时对其实施手术治疗,对其临床资料进行分析。结果：术前长程视频脑电图监测有助于对难治性癫痫患者的术前评估筛选,整个围手术期经过对患者的精心护理,最大程度上减少了继发癫痫的发生。结论：长程视频脑电图监测有助于术前定位癫痫灶,通过围手术期全面细致的护理措施,做好心理疏导工作,可减少意外的发生,为患者康复创造积极条件。
