| 摘 要： | 本文分别采用简易诊断法及BALP检测,对400例婴幼儿进行佝偻病筛查,结果发现,简易诊断法,患病率为17.25％,BAZP实验室诊断率为11.0％、二者相符率为77.27％。研究证实,BALP检测法简便、快速、特异、敏感,为佝偻病的筛查和早期诊断提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | We used the simple diagnostic method and BALP test to screen out rickets among 400 infants and children. The result showed that the rickets prevalence was 17. 25% by simple diagnostic method and was 11.0% by BALP test. The coincident rate of two method was 77. 27%. It was shown that BALP test provided a simple, fast, specific and sensitive method for screening and early diagnosis of rickets. |
