老年肺结核并发院内肺部双重感染的临床分析

目的分析老年肺结核患者并发院内肺部双重感染的临床特点,探讨早期诊断与治疗方法.方法回顾并分析4年我科收治的891例老年肺结核患者中合并院内肺部双重感染137例患者的临床表现、X线及其实验室检查资料.结果并发院内肺部双重感染的137例老年肺结核患者占同期入院的老年患者15.4%,经积极治疗后126例患者临床症状迅速好转,仅死亡11例,治愈率达91.9%.结论并发院内肺部双重感染的老年肺结核患者,能否早期诊断、及时预防及修改治疗方案是减少死亡、提高治愈率的关键.

Clinical analysis of senile TB combined with pulmonary dual infection in hospital

Objective To analyse the clinical features of senile TB combined with dual pulmonary infection in hospital and explore its early diagnosis and treatment.Methods Retrospective study was given to 137 cases of complicated pulmonary dual infection in hospital among 891 cases of hospital senile TB in terms of the clinical demonstration,X-ray and their laboratory statistics.Results Patients with complicated pulmonary dual infection in hospital accounted for 15.4% of all those adopted at the time,most of whom improved rapidly in clinical symtoms after active treatment,with only 11 deaths.The cure rate was up to 91.9%.Conclusion For those senile TB patients with complicated pulmonary infection in hospital,the key to the improvement of cure rate lies in the early diagnosis,timely prevention and proper revision of treatment plan.
