两例特殊的急性心肌梗死病例

目的通过两例特殊的急性心肌梗死病例报道,告诫医务人员多掌握预防急性心肌梗死的相关知识,对突发的身体某一部位疼痛,如牙痛、咽痛、腹痛、后背痛、手痛等,一定要提高警惕,对急性心肌梗死早发现、早治疗。方法将两例以牙痛为首发症状的急性心肌梗死病例治疗、抢救的全过程如实报道。结果目前临床上以牙痛为首发症状的心肌梗死虽有个案报道,但没有引起人们的重视,误诊率较高。结论对急性心肌梗死早发现、早治疗。医务人员要熟练掌握急性心肌梗死的临床表现特征,特别是心电图的演变过程,提高对急性心肌梗死的诊断水平,减少诊断失误,提高患者生存率。

Methods We personally seen two cases of toothache as the first symptom of acute myocardial infarction patients treated to save the whole process of factual. Results At present with clinical symptoms of pain as the first cases of myocardial infarction despite reported,but did not arouse people＇s attention,which made a high rate of misdiagnosis. Conclusion The early detection of acute myocardial infarction,early treatment. Medical personnel should be familiar with the clinical manifestations of acute myocardial infarction characteristics,especially the evolution of ECG to raise awareness of the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,reduce diagnostic errors and improve patient survival.
