均匀设计法优选莪术挥发油提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的优选莪术挥发油的超临界CO2提取工艺条件。方法以莪术挥发油提取率为指标,采用均匀设计法,考察萃取压力、萃取时间、解析压力和解析温度对提取率的影响。结果优选提取工艺最佳条件为:萃取压力23.5MPa,萃取温度45℃,解析压力7.5 MPa,解析温度50℃。结论本萃取工艺条件简便、效率高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the supercritical fluid extraction process of volatile oil of Rhizoma Curcumae.CONCLUSION CO_2 supercritical fluid extraction condition was selected by uniform design.The extraction process conditions including extraction pressure and extraction time and release pressure and temperature are optimized by the extraction ratioes of Volatile Oil of Rhizoma Curcumae.RESULTS The optimum extraction condition in SFE was:extractive pressure 23.5MPa,temperature 45℃,release pressure over 7.5MPa,temperature 50℃.CONCLUSION The extraction process is simple and efficient.
