| 摘 要： | 本文报道１０例原发性气管，支气管内良性肿瘤，男女各５例，年龄２７－７２岁，平均年龄４８．２岁，肿瘤类型为：脂肪瘤５例，纤维瘤病，平滑肌瘤及畸胎瘤各１例，错构瘤２例，讨论了气管、支气管内良性肿瘤的病理类型特点，诊断及手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Ten cases with benign tumor of the trachea and bronchus were reported,There were 5 women and 5 men. The age ranged from 27 to 72 years, with an average of 48.2 years. Pathologically, lipoma was found in 5 cases, harmatoma in 2 cases and fibromatosis, leiomyoma and teratoma, in 1 case each. The diagnostic criteria,surgical treament, pathological type and morphological characteristic of primary benign tumor of the trachea and bronchus were discussed as well. |
