| 摘 要： | 越来越多的证据表明维生素D和钙在2型糖尿病的发病过程中发挥重要作用；联合补充维生素D和钙可预防2型糖尿病的发生，且对2型糖尿病高危人群如糖耐量异常者的作用尤为明显。本文综述了维生素D和钙的营养状况与2型糖尿病之间的关系、补充维生素D和钙对糖代谢的影响以及预防作用的可能机制。

| Abstract: | Increasing evidence suggests that altered vitamin D and calcium homeostasis may play a role in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Combined vitamin D and calcium supplementation may have a role in the prevention of type 2 DM,especially in population at risk of type 2 DM such as those with glucose intolerance.We reviewed recent studies on the relationship between vitamin D or calcium status and type 2 DM,the effects of vitamin D and calcium supplementation on glucose metabolism,and their potential mechanisms. |
