摘    要:目的开发一种快速、准确判断酸碱平衡紊乱类型的软件,以指导临床处理酸碱紊乱.方法参考国内外文献,采用改进后的方法判断酸碱失衡以及代偿预计值计算公式为基础,建立数学模型,用Visual Basic6.0编写全部程序.输入动脉血气及血清电解质检测数据,而不需要其他临床信息,本软件能自动判断酸碱失衡的类型.结果应用本软件对278例次酸碱平衡紊乱进行分析,对132例单纯型、97例二重混合型、49例三重混合型酸碱平衡紊乱使用本软件判断,准确率99.3%;而人工判断准确率为85.6%(P<0.001).结论本软件界面简洁,操作方便,结果准确可靠,分析时间短,在临床有较大的实际应用价值.此判断方法较简便,准确率较高,值得临床推广应用.具有自动分析处理结果、储存查询统计检验的数据、打印结果等多项功能.

Abstract:Objective] To develop an acid-base balance computer software for estimating acid-base disturbance rapidly and accurately. Methods] The data module was setup referring to other methods in judging acid-base disturbance reported in domestic and foreign literatures and compensation formula. the program was written with Visual Basic 6.0. The computer software might judge various types of acid-base disturbances, it was needed only to input data of blood gas and electrolyte and no other clinical information. Results] The accuracy of diagnosis by the software was 99.3% in 278 cases of acid-base disturbance patients by the software, in which 132 cases with pure acid-base disturbance, 97 cases with double acid-base disturbance and 49 cases with triple acid-base disturbance were included, while those results calculated by hands was only 85.6% (P <0.001). Conclusions] This software has a terse interface, by which the acid-base disturbance is concluded exactly and quickly. The method is simpler and the accurate rate is higher than many others. It is recommended that this method would be applied extensively in clinic. Various function can be completed such as data receiving, data analyses, suggestion for clinical treatment, data storage, consultation and statistics, output printing, etc.
