| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨妊娠相关性宫颈癌临床处理方法。方法：总结和分析7例妊娠相关性宫颈癌的临床资料及复习相关文献。结果：妊娠相关性宫颈癌易误诊误治,预后较差。结论：为了提高妊娠相关性宫颈癌早期诊断率和改善母婴预后,建议第一次产检行阴道窥诊检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the treatment of cervical cancer associated with pregnancy.Methods:Summarized and analysed 7 cases of cervical cancer associated with pregnancy and reviewed related literatures.Results:Cervical cancer associated with pregnancy were easily misdiagnosised and mistherapied,Their prognosis were poor.Conclusions:We suggested patients of cervical cancer associated with pregnancy should be examined by vaginal speculum at first prenatal examination. |
