| 摘 要： | 角膜缘干细胞(LC)的研究进展为临床上角膜缘干细胞移植铺平了道路。眼表疾病的研究进展向角膜缘干细胞移植提出了新的挑战。角膜缘干细胞移植的研究进展为有效治疗眼表疾病，恢复患者视功能提供了一个契机。通过查阅国内外的资料，主要综述了角膜缘干细胞移植的研究进展以及角膜缘干细胞和眼表疾病关系的研究进展。
