| 摘 要： | 报告以单纯内淋巴囊减压术治疗梅尼埃病５８例中，经随访５－６．５年的３０例眩晕完全消失者２１例。表明单纯内淋巴囊闰坟术与内淋巴囊切开术或分流术的疗效近似而且引起严重并发症的机会较少。并对本手术的作用机理，操作要领及并发症的预防等进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The authors report on simple decompression of endolymphatic sac for meniere's disease in China. Bony plate between the sigmoid sinus and the posterior semicircular canal is widely removed with a microdrill extending from the sinodural angle to the inferior genu of the sigmoid sinus. The posterior fossa dura around the endolymphatic sac is uncovered without incising the sac. Among 30 cases followed up for 5 to 6. 5 years postoperatively,21 cases(70. 0%) with vertigo relieved completely. The rate of controlling vertigo of simple decompression of the endolymphatic sac is close to that of drainage or shunt operation of the endolymphatic sac with lower incidence of complications. The mechanism of the operation,experience of surgical technique and prevention of complications are discussed. |
