症状性胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎外科诊疗体会

目的探讨症状性胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎外科手术治疗体会。方法对257例症状性胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性病例分析，分析其外科手术治疗的适应证、方法选择及其疗效。结果术后患者均痊愈出院，未发生胆道损伤、腹腔及切口感染等并发症，疗效满意。结论症状性胆囊结石伴慢性胆囊炎对成年人有其绝对手术适应证，可根据患者具体情况选择适当的手术方式，而胆囊切除术是治疗该疾病的最佳途径。

The experience of surgical diagnosis and treatment on symptomatic cholecystolithiasis accompanied chronic cholecystitis

Objective To investigate the experience of surgical diagnosis and treatment on symptomatic cholecystolithiasis accompanied chronic cholecystitis.Methods The clinical data of 257 cases with symptomatic cholecystolithiasis accompanied chronic cholecystitis were retrospectively analyzed.It analyzed surgical indications,selection of methods,and therapeutic effect.Results All patients fully recovered from an illness after operation.There were no biliary tract damage,abdominal cavity infection,and incision infection.Its curative effect was satisfactory.Conclusion Surgery indications are absolute to adult patients with symptomatic cholecystolithiasis accompanied chronic cholecystitis.To select proper surgery way according to acromegalic specific informations.The cholecystectomy is the best path to cure it.
