| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨分诊护士开展健康教育后对门诊病人就医行为的影响。方法：将2400例门诊病人随机分为健康教育组和对照组各1200例，由分诊护士对健康教育组进行健康教育，对照组仅进行常规分诊处理，并对两组病人进行问卷调查，内容包括焦虑抑郁状态、选择药品心态、就医消费心态变化等。结果：健康教育组焦虑及抑郁的人数明显下降，希望开医师认为合适药的比例也有明显增加，对就医手续繁琐、服务质量和医疗费用不满的比例亦有下降，与对照组比较有显著差别。结论：健康教育对门诊病人就医行为产生了明显的良性影响，加强门诊病人健康教育是医疗机构适应新形式的重要方面。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of triage nurse to develop health education on hospitalize behavior of the outpatients.Methods:2 400 patents were divided into health education group(n =1 200)and control group(n =1 200) at random,the health education group using health education by triage nurse and the control group using normal triage,the anxiety and dumps,attitude of medicine choice and holpitalize of two groups were investigated by questionnaires.Results:There was remarkable different between two groups in anxiety and dumps,attitude of medicine choice,holpitalize and quality of service and so on,the health education group was batter than control group.Conclusion:Health education has great effect on hospitalize behavior of the outpatients,it is very important for medical institution to strengthen the halth education. |
