巴曲抗栓酶治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效观察

目的：观察巴曲抗栓酶治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法：54例突发性耳聋患者，治疗组28例应用巴曲抗栓酶治疗，对照组26例应用低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参，两组均行高压氧治疗。结果：巴曲抗栓酶治疗一个疗程后，听力明显提高，其有效率为82．1％，比对照组的疗效高（76．9％），但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：巴曲抗栓酶对突发性耳聋的听力恢复，耳鸣，眩晕等症状均有较好的效果，无明显副作用，值得临床应用。

The Therapeutic Efficacy of Batroxobin in Sudden Deafness

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Batroxobin in sudden deafness.Methods: Fifty-four sudden deafness cases underwent in the experiment.Among them,28 patients were treated with Batroxobin while other 26 were with Low Molecular Dextran and compound red ginseng.Both groups were offered pressure oxygen therapy.Results: After one period of treatment,the cases of Batroxobin group had a distinct audition improvement with 82.1% efficiency, whereas the control group had 76.9% efficiency,and there was not an obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Batroxobin has better effect in audition comeback,tinnitus and Vertigo,it has no obvious side effect,and can be clinically used.
