摘    要:目的利用近红外光谱分析技术,建立本地企业杞菊地黄丸的一致性和水分测定快速检测模型。方法以厂家成品留样作为研究样本,结合检验数据,通过采集样本光谱,综合考察各种光谱预处理方法对模型的影响,选择最佳条件分别建立模型。结果水分测定定量模型能对成品所含水分值作出预测,有很好的识别能力。结论水分含量模型操作简便,分析快速,检测结果可靠,适用于药品检测车对特定厂家指定品种的快速筛查。

Abstract:Objective Using near-infrared spectroscopy,the establishment of local enterprises Qi Ju Di Huang Wan of consistency and moisture fast detection model.Methods The finished product manufacturers like to stay as a research sample,combined with the test data,by collecting the sample spectrum,a comprehensive study of various methods of spectral preprocessing on the model of the impact,conditions were established to select the best model.Results Quantitative Determination of water by the water content of the finished model can forecast the score,have a good recognition.Conclusion The moisture content of the model is simple,rapid,reliable test results for drug testing vehicle manufacturers specify a particular variety of rapid screening.
