近红外漫反射光谱法快速测定杞菊地黄丸中水分的含量

目的利用近红外光谱分析技术,建立本地企业杞菊地黄丸的一致性和水分测定快速检测模型。方法以厂家成品留样作为研究样本,结合检验数据,通过采集样本光谱,综合考察各种光谱预处理方法对模型的影响,选择最佳条件分别建立模型。结果水分测定定量模型能对成品所含水分值作出预测,有很好的识别能力。结论水分含量模型操作简便,分析快速,检测结果可靠,适用于药品检测车对特定厂家指定品种的快速筛查。
