摘    要:目的建立参莲颗粒中苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法采用双波长反射法锯齿扫描,λs=505nm,λR=650nm,SX=3,狭缝0.4mm×0.4mm。结果本法结果稳定、准确、重现性好,苦参碱在1.05~5.25μg(r=0.9995)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.8%(n=6),RSD为1.6%。结论本法能有效的控制参莲颗粒中苦参碱的含量。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for determination of Matrine in the Shenlian particle.Methods The determination was carried out with the reflection zigzag scanning,λs=505 nm,λR=650 nm,SX=3,slit 0.4mm x 0.4 mm.Results The method is stable,accurate,reproducible.The matrine had a good linear relationship among 1.05~5.25 g(r = 0.999 7),the average recovery being 98.8%(n = 6),RSD 1.6%.Conslusion The method is effective for the quality control of Shenlian particle.
