摘    要:基于区域熔融原理,通过对水溶液样品冷冻过程中溶质在水和冰两相间转移特征的理论分析,说明区域熔融相当于一种连续萃取过程,并指出分配系数和冷冻体积分数是影响溶质富集效率的主要因素。以菊花提取物为测试样品,分别测定不同冷冻时间对应的冷冻体积分数,利用高效液相色谱分析样品冷冻前后其组分浓度的变化,实测富集效率与理论计算基本一致,准确性在93%以上。对于某些分配系数较小的组分,可以达到超过50倍的富集效果。

Abstract:Based on zone melting theory and solute mass transferring character between water and ice phases during water sample freezing process, it is illustrated that zone melting is a consecutive extraction process, and distribution coefficient and frozen fraction factor are main parameters affecting enrichment efficiency. Using chrysanthemum extract as model sample, the enrichment efficiency is determined by analyzing frozen fraction factors under different frozen time and solute contents before and after frozen by high performance liquid chromatography. It is found that the experimental data agree well with the theory values, the accuracies are all above 93%. For components with low distribution coefficients, over 50 folds enrichment efficiencies are achieved.
