普萘洛尔治疗68例婴幼儿血管瘤效果评价

目的:对普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效和不良反应进行评价。方法 :68例血管瘤患儿每天口服普萘洛尔1.0～1.5 mg/kg,分3次服用。瘤体消失或稳定15～30 d后逐渐停药。采用SPSS13.0软件包中的Ridit检验对血管瘤类型、部位与疗效进行比较。结果:68例患儿平均疗程7.1个月,平均随访时间16.7个月。I级疗效3例、Ⅱ级15例、Ⅲ级28例、Ⅳ级19例,无效2例。结论:普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤安全有效,应作为婴幼儿血管瘤的一线治疗。

Oral propranolol for the treatment of infantile hemangiomas in a series of 68 patients

PURPOSE： To evaluate the efficacy and side effect of oral propranolol in the treatment of infantile hemangioma.METHODS： Totally 68 patients were treated with oral propranolol at a dosage of 1.0-1.5mg/kg per day in three divided dose primarily,the medication was stopped gradually 15 to 30 days after the tumor remained stable.The type,location and treatment results were recorded and analyzed with SPSS13.0 software packages for Ridit test.RESULTS： Among 68 patients,the mean duration of medication was 7.1 months.After 12.1-23.6 months of follow-up,most patients achieved good results,only 2 cases had no response.The treatment outcomes were evaluated using a 4-grade system.3 patients had grade Ⅰ response,15 had grade Ⅱ response,28 had grade Ⅲ response,and 19 had grade Ⅳ response.CONCLUSION： Oral propranolol appears to be safe,effective in the treatment of infantile hemangioma,and should be used as the first line therapy.
